why the fuck do nerds attack nerds? seems counterproductive to me!

i understand that they hacked some US senate site to reveal weakness or smth, but hackers start to attack developers and gaming brands(sony i.e.).
that kinda sucks...... they should rather be vocal about how much DLCs suck and that they punish every publisher who trys to gain extra money by selling DLCs instead of releasing free content.
