Hi,
this is Dennis, 22 years old and from Germany. I have read your topic on the official forums and the w4nt3d-tag also caught my attention ingame, so that's how i got here. I'm searching for ppl to hang out with while i enjoy this wonderful game - Brink.
Just like you guys, i got a ETQW-background from the date of release on, where i played in a clan called dual-Players. when the community (and the dual-players squad) slowly started falling apart i decided to make a switch to another game called "warsow", which is a quake-like FPS game with the focus on movement and fast-paced action. i played this game for about 4 years, joined a clan and took over the clan's leadership. the clan is still running succesfully, but the game is dying out and since the release of brink i am somehow addicted to this new game..
i like competition, so i enjoy playing cups/wars, and with my current workschedule i got enough time to play this game in the afternoons/evenings. the only problem is that i can't stay up very late since i need to get up superearly to get to work, so if that is not suitable for you guys i can understand that.
also i'm a ATI user and still got some performance problems with brink (serious framerate drops and whatnot), but i'm looking forward to trying out the new hotfix as soon as it is released!
hence i might not be able to show my full potential if i might get the chance to play with you guys.
